It’s exhausting trying to
keep it all together -
you deserve support
and therapy can help
You’ve been holding it all together for so long — and now it’s starting to fall apart.
You’re snapping at people you love. One offhand comment or spiraling thought can derail your whole day. It feels like you're constantly on edge, overwhelmed, and barely hanging on. You’ve tried everything you can think of to fix it — but nothing’s working.
You know something needs to change.
You just don’t know where to start. And that’s okay.
What you do need is the right space — to process the pain, figure out what’s really going on, and learn the skills that will actually help you feel better.
That’s where I come in.
I know that intense mix of burn out, anxiety and depression — trying to function while everything inside feels like it’s unraveling. I’ve been there, and I get it. I offer compassionate, down-to-earth support in your most vulnerable moments, so you can finally start to feel like you again.
Together, we’ll create a warm, safe space where you can breathe, reflect, and heal. I’ll teach you practical, evidence-based tools (like CBT, ACT, and the Gottman Method) that you can use in your everyday life — not just to survive, but to actually feel better.
I bring golden retriever energy to therapy — loyal, encouraging, and always in your corner — but I’ll also meet you in the mess. Clients often tell me our sessions feel like catching up with a close friend: supportive, honest, and even (sometimes) fun.
You don’t have to do this alone anymore. Let’s figure it out together.
